Conditions of Booking Your booking is secured with a non refundable deposit of £50. Final balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure and we reserve the right to regard failure of payment as cancellation. We strongly recommend that you take out insurance at the time of booking in case of cancellation. If you have to cancel holiday, instructions will only be accepted in writing. Cancellation Fees More than 8 weeks - deposit only Less than 8 weeks - 100% Whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy of the descriptions in our brochure, variations may occur e.g. amenities at the site may open less frequently at the beginning and the end of the season. The swimming pools may need to close for short periods dependant on the weather and cleaning. We cannot accept responsibility for person/s requested to leave the site by the authorities for breach of French camping laws. Shorts are not permitted to be worn in the pool. Site Rules Parties of over 4 of one sex are not permitted unless special arrangements have been made prior to booking. Please note that the site is classed as a "Red Zone" area by the local French Authorities as the area is susceptible to flooding on rare occasions in the Winter. If instructions to evacuate are given, it is imperative that you leave immediately. Local signs give directions. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage including the cost of alternative accommodation suffered as a result of flooding or evacuation. You may wish to cover these risks by your own insurance. The camp gates are closed from midnight until 7am. Cars are not authorised to leave the camp after midnight, but can enter and park next to their caravan between midnight and 7am. Self drive and flight with car hire are advised to check with our agent on site with regard to early and late arrival / departure. Please note that shorts are not allowed in the swimming pool in accordance with French regulations. On departure please insure that the mobile is clean and secured. i.e. lights not left on and all rubbish removed. Absolute silence is called for between 11pm and 7am. The site will ask noisy people to look for another camp site.
